You can collect hidden packages before attempting this mission. You will get lots of weapons like the M16 and AK 47 as well as a rocket launcher. What you do in this mission is-

1.Escape from Catalina's mansion.

2.Don't follow the helicopter.Instead, go straight to your hideout in Wichita Gardens to collect weapons as well as body armour.

3.Dash off to the dam.When you get close to Catalina,she will take off in her heli. Bring it down with your Rocket Launcher.

4.Rescue Maria

If u are quick at this game like me, u can do what i did. u get the packages all 100 and u get weapons at your hideouts. then on the way to the dam in a quick car go to da hideout and get all the weapons. then the mission is so easy cos u just use grenades and rockets to kill everyone.
