What i love about As I Lay Dying is how deep the lyrics actually are. They're metaphorical and semi-poetic, rather than just being a bunch of whiny cussing about relationships. Like, you can tell the music is heartfelt and that the band are trying to bring something real to the table, unlike a lot of the more generic metalcore bands these days, unfortunately.

Don't worry, after the burial is coming up. People are starting to realize what real talent is. It takes time to sift through the wannabes. As I lay dying is good though. They have some really good stuff. But you can't deny ATB's technicality and clarity. Along with some pretty damn good lyrics and vocal patterns.
