That's your personal opinion, but the only similarities I see is the black and white and the occassional fish popping up. The songs are completely different, and the movements, and I think there is more purple in Yokan. Inspired maybe, but not a blatant ripoff.

That's a different Panic Channel. You are thinking of the one with Dave Navarro. This Panic Channel is a Japanese visual kei band that was actually formed long before and in my opinion a much better band all around. There is a good reason that Dave is looking for a new band to form on that Supernova show...his Panic Channel was never going to go anywhere sadly...no worthy songs worth remembering at all.
