Colombian food is DELICOUS, although FULL of carbs, but it is SOOO GOOD.
My hair has grown and i did change my glasses (very good observer).
I need to be enthusiastic because I have put a lot of weight on and I mostly lost what i did on round one. All my muscles are again hidden under a chobby layer of fat :)
I am always a good embassador of my country, so you won't be dissapointed!
