@Daniel01010101010101 DUDE!!! Oasis was great in the 90's, I know their first album was one of the best selling albums in britian of all time. But they SUCKED in the 2000's. They were good but they are definetely not consistent, their 2000 album destroyed the legacy, like Blur. Blur is amazing, do not judge any good band on their pop hits, you have to listen to their albums to get the feel. Such as the Beatles people judge them on Hey Jude, but they have waayy more sophisticated songs then that.

They review records the best. They know what their talking about when reviewing unlike most record reviewers. Check them out and for other albums. Blur got straight up 9+/10 on the albums pitchfork reviewed on them.

Oasis are gods compared to these, they were the last decent rock band around. I just think that despite the fact that Arctic Monkeys grew up in a generation where Ke$ha can be succesful and downloading is more common that buying albums they're doing a hell of a good job. Also, inconsistent? Yes, they went from indie to more alternative music, I think they did a great job.
