No actually its a way to inflate the tires, if you do not have a pump handy. I have seen some use lighter fluid that works too.

first spray-can is filled genuine LPG, the second one is liquid lube. the lube served as a blasting fuse which leads fire.

Hey, umm, can you explain what exactly happened? Did he used the flame to make the wheel wider, like the tyre had higher temperature, or did he used pressure caused by that flame so that the wheel transformed into wider?

I'm guessing its just the sudden pressure increase inside the Tyre and not having enough gaps to escape through so it like pops the Tyre out over the bead.

yeah I did that on my dirt bike when the tire came part way of the rim AXE body spray and a lighter haha
