But when you start attaching rationale, THAT'S an opinion. And when opinions have really lousy rationale, it doesn't make it beyond reproach. So my point is that if the basis of your "opinion" is really weak rationale, you don't get a pass. It doesn't make it any less lousy. You should probably just say, "I don't care for this" and move on

The "colors" are truly what set people off, I've got to vouch for that. I love games like Okami, and I've tried to get my friends into it, but they always shy away from the bright and spritely seeming ones. I'm not sure what that says about them, but I don't think they're the only ones, haha. Oh well. Niche games are certainly not for everyone, but I do agree with you in saying the Wii's done well with games that require actual skill and adaptation. It's definitely up there experimentally.

@Barrioth Okami isn't on his list because, it wasn't an exclusive game for the Wii. It was previously released for the PS2. He only puts Wii exclusives on the list. Also, which Red Steel are you referring to? If it's the first one, was that game even that great? According to a lot of people, no. If it's the second one, that game wasn't released when this video was uploaded. As for Twilight Princess and Smash Bros. Brawl, he was honestly a little disappointed in both of them.

The game I was speaking of contains spastic, slapstick, unrelated gameplay, as if it were designed by someone who could not focus on any one thing. What I said was an apt description.

You'll be happy to know that thanks to this video and your review, I have purchased Spectrobes Origins, and thus far I think it's pretty good. I still havn't gotten into the meat of the game though, but that means it can only get better.

You made some great arguments about the Wii as a console. It is indeed a console with several issues, but the library of fun, entertaining games makes it a worhwhile purchase. I don't always agree on the games you chose, but I understand this is a video of you expressing your opninion. In whole, nice video. Plus, this may sound weird, but you have an excellent voice for doing reviews etcetera. (Some youtube uploaders have the most annoying voices ever, so yours is a nice change.)

I'm currently set on buying the two Wii Sport games (Do they need the plus controller or can you use the older modle?) and New Super Marios Bros. witch should bring back some old memories.
