Without PETA, harmless chickens would continue to live in a warehouse packed together, living in their own waste, so fat their own legs break underneath them. They would be boiled alive and have their throats slit, alive. They would be thrown against walls and stomped on, alive. Oh well, each to his own opinion.

@reptile411 Freedom to keep captive sentient wild beings means loss of freedom for them. If someone wanted to keep you captive, I'd work to protect you as well. However, our truly important freedoms have been removed, such as freedom to patent and be truly competitive in the United States in business. The largest corporations have blocked anyone with new ideas from competing with them. They don't want any competition, and it is harming our economy. now THAT is an important freedom.

@SOLIE6226 it's a good thing that guys already dead. As soon as I heard about that I knew thats where it was gonna go. Thats already been a potential problem (via HR669) that whole situation only f***ed pet owners from the back door. It is sad. Hold on to your tits boys and girls troubles comin.
I've heard about that situation with the copperhead before, but it was with some sort of lizard. PETA just irritates me to no end; they're not interested in really helping the animals and they're rude. Plus they make other animal activists look bad. ASPCA for life.
david bauchmin owned high end herps, and there were several cases of neglect there, cages not cleaned in months etc..... the thing is, the permit to own a snake in Louisiana (at the time of his arrest and seizure of the animals) over 12 foot was absolutley free, they just wanted to know how many were out there, so he has no excuse at all for not notifying the authorities.
Parthenogenesis has become quite a 'common' thing over the last 10. Every time I read about a new case, I can't help imagining, just how many species have this ability.
Many years ago, I had an emperor scorpion (Pandinus imperator) which gave birth after being housed alone for 5yrs! Yes, they can store sperm (and have a long gestation), but 5yrs is amazing! Imagine if humans could do the same.
Sweet more naked chicks, the only thing PETA is good for. At least we get to see some good body art out of them. Now if they were really hardcore, it would be tattooed on, not just painted.
i wander why they dont allow that long of snakes in texas :/ my burmese python already hit 16 foot X) but the only thing i actually like peta for is saving the reptiles so thank you peta for that i hate the cruelty and the prejudgement about snakes there amazing creatures :)

@Viktir666 -In the August+Golden year of 1985 the wife and I staying in the Tenderloin of San Fran ate "Chicken"at a dubious ASIAN eatery! It stayed down so I consider myself the higher life form! Unfortunately the wife would not so I wound up sending the divorce papers to the Atlantic City Homeless shelter(1994)!Back in Vermont getting ready to shovel snow for the Clifford Funeral Home(relatives)!Aint life a frikkin grand adventure?

Not scientists telling us for hundreds of years that Pluto is a planet then one day stripping it of it's title. I mean real science that isn't driven by a human's ideas or assumptions or hypothesis. I'm not an atheist either. I'm the guy in the middle of the road watching two ideas battle each other while I eat an amazing sandwich and laugh at both of them.

I've heard about that situation with the copperhead before, but it was with some sort of lizard. PETA just irritates me to no end; they're not interested in really helping the animals and they're rude. Plus they make other animal activists look bad. ASPCA for life.

david bauchmin owned high end herps, and there were several cases of neglect there, cages not cleaned in months etc..... the thing is, the permit to own a snake in Louisiana (at the time of his arrest and seizure of the animals) over 12 foot was absolutley free, they just wanted to know how many were out there, so he has no excuse at all for not notifying the authorities.

Parthenogenesis has become quite a 'common' thing over the last 10. Every time I read about a new case, I can't help imagining, just how many species have this ability.
Many years ago, I had an emperor scorpion (Pandinus imperator) which gave birth after being housed alone for 5yrs! Yes, they can store sperm (and have a long gestation), but 5yrs is amazing! Imagine if humans could do the same.
