If she had just let the girl off the bus then the whole thing would've been avoided. All she had to do was get the girl's name either from her or one of the students on the bus, report the incident on her walkie-com and report where she let her out. The girl wanted to leave to avoid the situation which was right. The driver lead that whole fight. Plain and simple. If I was that girl's mom I would've beat the hell out of that driver and sued her for touching my kid..

The student was being dominant, would not sit down, and was frankly, being a bitch. If she obeyed the rules, this could have been done. What if that girl called a friend and had her act like her mom and say it was ok for her to get off the bus and then the girl gets kidnapped or hit by a car walking home? That bus driver and the school would be held responsible for it and would be sued by the girls parents. Thats why she wasnt allowed off the bus.
