Gotta call bullshit on this one.  Go look for 'completed' Odessa Meteorite auctions on eBay. The only ones bringing any kind of money at all are the African ones that have been certified by a lab. I dont know of any meteorites containing platinium, most of them contain iron/nickle they go for big bucks because they are rare.
