Are you talking about the Elite at :35? I highly doubt that was an Honor Guard. Honor Guards are the guards of the High Prophets. Now this is pure speculation, but I'm doubting a Prophet would show up on Reach, mainly because it's too dangerous.

The forge is the main reason I'd want this game, it's just so much better than in halo 3, with all the touchy controls, the the way it's impossible to get certain objects in the right place.
