  • Awww, you can even hear the kitty purring!

  • Both baby and cat seem to be confused (in a way) by one another.

  • This video is so cute! They do seem to be best friends! I love how they are both so interested in each other. The title of this video probably has a lot to do with why it is so popular! Love it!

  • Thats so cute! The little baby looks so interested haha

  • so many people fear cats around babies, i like that this video shows that a well behaved cat will do no harm to a child.

  • I am stunned at all the hatefullness. And the ppl saying rude things about a newborn baby. My daughter's grandmother thought cat's stole babies breath and the sun in her face for even a moment would damage her. Why can't ppl not say anything if they have nothing nice to say.

  • The delicacy of your baby girl with the kitty is very precious. I thought I heard purring at one point. At first, I was wary of the cat being that close to such a young baby. But all is well that ends well. They are both in great hands. Yours! Nice memento of a special moment.

  • It was so adorable because the baby would look around for the kitty when it would get up.

  • Kitty is lovin on the baby!!! She is going to have an awesome best friend! :)

  • Awwwww, This has to be one of the cutest videos I have ever seen.

  • The cats like: whisper whisper, "the humans are mine but I guess Ill share."

  • welcome to matrix

  • When my son was a little baby, our cat used to sleep on his bed.

  • wheres the part they become friends

  • how does he maintain his masculinity when hes surrounded by such a constant source of awww?

  • Aww The baby is soooooooo cute. Can I squezze it

  • Cats are very hygienic animals. They are the best animals, if you have a child. In dogs, one must be careful. Particularly here in Germany, we often hear of dogs attacking children.

  • @Unfallpolitiker Well, calling them the best "animals" may spark controversy. Animals implies that they are the best creature on the planet. A more appropriate term for what you want to say would be along the lines of "Cats are the safest pet." Of course I don't consider fish pets, I consider them food...

  • @Unfallpolitiker I understand. I've described it badly. My English is not so good.

  • Crazy fact : my mother was pregnant, and had kids with cats always surrouding her and we're alive and well ! The cats either leave us alone, or played nicely with us. Also, cats are probably the cleanest animals alive... My cats sometimes frustrate me with this, because I'm playing with them, they will suddenly get the urge to clean that paw they just cleaned two minutes ago... Really, dogs probably brings more diseases to your house than cats do.

  • cat lovely care and purrrs + classical music will make this baby smart, wise, educate.

    thanks dbocaz

  • I love how cats seem to understand what to protect and tolerate. Rocky will bite adults who bother her but toddlers will tug her fur out and she'll just sit and groom them.

  • Your baby is adorable by the way :)

  • 00:43

Baby: Da fuck you looking at

  • have a friend who is petrified of cats...but is nonchalant about snakes. strange !

  • so cute :) i think the cat really just wanted you to put the baby down and pet him

  • cats will only scratch u I think I am guessing if they are young and scared or moved from a shelter to a new home or the want to tell you stop what ever you r doing if they don't like it

  • your baby is so cute and now she has a friend for life

  • that little girl has a buddy for life now!

  • looks like the begining of a beautiful friendship

  • The baby looks like my sisters daughter o.o

    Btw. Soo cute :D

  • Ok stop slagging the cat off. Dogs are more likely to kill babies than cats. there are many superstions about cats. if your tha worried keep an eye on your children avoid letting the cat with the baby unsupervised. Cats arent evil. I agree some have their tantrums yes but the same as humans. I have four cats and two have been with me since i was 2 and they've always been very protective they'd only scratch me if i pulled their tailed or petted them to hard

  • OMG. Stop saying cats are dangerous for children!!!! What the hell, I was raised with cats and I'm still alive and in return I got to know cats' feelings and (sharp) intelligence. If you don't know and therefore appreciate cats, stop warning intelligent parents who will grow more skilled children than yours!

  • Remember the two German guys with the show in Vegas with the tiger? I forgot their names, but remember the tiger nearly killed the one dude. Everyone said the tiger was just trying to protect the dude from something. Point is, animals can be well meaning and still injure, especially a defenseless little baby. It's a really cute video, and 99 times out a 100 nothing is going to happen, but I would still be very wary. Heck, baby could even poke kitty in the eye or something and piss it off

  • @gsavage77 lighten up already!!

  • That's the cutest thing :)

  • if you ever do catch a cat breathing open mouthed near a baby's face, it's usually due to cats have an organ called the Jacobs organ which allows them to taste and smell particles within the air, it's very common for them to recognize their owners and family after doing this a few times :) xXx

  • that baby's first words was : we shall call ourselves the legion of doom!

  • @oollaavv1 HAHAHAHAHA i bursted out laughing so loud when i read that XDD !

  • @Mrlolguy116 yep another crazy witch hunter. Its not true and I'm a medical student. More then likely if you said your cousin really died said way probably the cat laid on top of the baby's face while he/she was sleeping and couldn't breath. The whole milk breath thing is not true, its from hunting witches cause they believed a cat was a demon given by the devil to a witch.

  • alergiaaaaa cuidado

  • thats such a cute baby *.*

  • I wonder if cats find human babies cute...

  • @ItsOneInAMillion lol me too seriously

  • taco has the color of a taco lol

  • and the truth that would lead to the overtaking of the world by humans and cats began...

  • baby kinda looks slow

  • Beautiful friendship between a baby and a cat! Love it!

  • please serch this vedio walking along the harbour on youtube, it's amezing!

  • Kitty says "pet me pet me pet me..... hey, midget, PET ME!!! Wait, that's my spot, midget, get offgetoffgetOFF!!! My spot, cuddle ME" <3

  • awwww very cute!!!! I had a dog named taco! :))

  • its so cute! babies and cats go well together! SO CUTE!!!!

  • 48people hate babies and cats,just like HEAVY(Heavy Weapon guy)XD

  • Best friends, so cute :)

  • I love this !

  • Aww that is so cute, but I don't get all the superstitious comments about cats sucking the life out of babies, it really seems ridiculous to me.

  • The cat is cute...the baby not.

  • @AradisCalaqendi

    hahaha

  • @ZLIgari ;-)

  • awww that cat LOVESSS humans! you can tell by how trusting she is!

  • And the baby smells of milk so the nice kitty goes to sleep on the babys face...Doh

  • @antman5000 excuse me, but cats do not suck the lives out of babies... they also clean themselves after walking through the litter box... true a few babies were suffocated by cats but thats only because cat like warm spots... cat are not evil and they do not deliberately kill infants.. they are also VERY sanitary animals... fluffy is a lot less germy than your good friend fido

  • @InfectiousShadow I have never in real life heard of a baby being suffocated by a sleeping cat. If a baby's breath is cut off, the baby will flail and the cat will move. Who can sleep with all that flailing going on?

  • Aweh what a cute baby :D <3

  • @xstarblacktearsx, You are correct, declawing is not illegal--IN THE US. It's illegal in many Western countries, though.

  • the best babysitter :-)

  • Beautiful baby and beautiful meow beast. Reminds me of my cat Peaches.

  • What a precious angel!

  • pleaseit is dangerous. cats will steal baby's breath

  • @Mrlolguy116 Are rally trying to logically explain some old crackpot wives tale? It's simply ridiculous. Being as how human adult lungs are bigger, by your "logic" we would be more likely to "suck" out the baby's breath. BTW cat's mainly drink milk when they are kittens. As adults they drink water. Milk can give them diarrhea.

It's always better to broaden your education rather than living in ignorance.

  • @Mrlolguy116 that doesn't happen. a cat's lungspan is smaller than a baby's, unless it is a recent newborn. there's no way a cat could suck the air from a baby. also, babies have these things called noses. they sort of also use them to breathe. it's an old wives tale back from when cats were considered signs of the devil or something like that. said baby is far more likely to have passed away due to SIDS.

  • @SydMonster334 I agree. Sometimes a cat would snuggle with a baby for warmth, but not to suck their breath!

  • @SydMonster334 - That is an urban legend, old wives tale, whatever you want to call it. Cats DO NOT suck the breath of babies.

  • @Mrlolguy116 you are so superstious about cats. you know what a Black cat went by i got 5 bucks thanks cat :)

  • i think that baby has downs syndrome

  • @logicaxe Then you've either never seen a baby before ... or a person with Downs. Or both.

  • @logicaxe And your point is...

  • its always the babys and cats that get on best lmaoo soo cute

  • <3

  • Awww! This is the cutest YouTube video ever!

  • how exactly did they become friends? the baby didnt even seem to know where he was let alone that the cat was even there.

  • thats so cute....my cat LOVES my 2 year old daughter too....the two of them sleep together in the big bed at naptime, sit together at the table and when we go outside our cat DOES NOT let my babygirl out of his sight for a second.....lol he is really protective.

  • @DeathToYourEnemies Humans carry diseases, too. You happen to have a special case of disease called the "Troll Syndrome".

  • @DeathToYourEnemies It's true, cats can carry many bad things but these seem to be house

cats so I don't think it can harm, but baby can develop allergy if you bring them to early near animals.

  • Taco > Baby

  • @DeathToYourEnemies Sadly you don't share the same opinion regarding your own stupidity.

  • @DeathToYourEnemies Yeah um cats who are PETS get something called shots and they won't spread anything. And besides animals can RARELY spread disease to humans. So unless this cat has rabies nothings gonna happen.

  • havnt these idots ever heard of fleas?

  • Taco: WHAT IS THIS NEW TOY?!

  • This is so adorable! I got all warm & fuzzy watching your vid!

    Thanks for posting!

  • its never a good idea to let animals near infants

no matter how much u trust the animal to act well , they are still animals

so better be safe and keep them away from them

or just till the baby stops being the same size as it lol

  • babby wit the kitty in viddeo talk magick itty

  • this video is an excess of cuteness.

  • Taco is such an adorable name I like it! and I like how she's walking back and forth past the baby like she's guarding the baby from threat of danger I love that!

  • @DeathToYourEnemies if you really believe that you are an absolute retard.

  • I think this is adorable although I wouldn't want the cat quite that close to a baby that young. Don't know if his immune system would be fully developed yet. However, I did read that children raised with pets tend to have fewer allergies to animals later on than children raised without.

  • @Wispy463 OF COURSE UNLESS THE PET EATS THE KID!

  • Lol, loving the baby's expressions. "What is this thing, and why is it so attached to me?". Surprised that loved the baby so much. Usually it's the other way around.

  • @DeathToYourEnemies thats why you give them their shots LMAO.

  • 33 people are ignorant fucks. This is so precious.

  • and now you better lock that baby up or the cat will come in and sleep on it's warm, weak infant chest.

  • @DeathToYourEnemies Diseased cats carry diseases, not household cats that have been well taken care up. Absolutely ridiculous to comment such stupidity.

  • ohhh, liikul cute baby + cat lmfaoooooooooo xx

  • @Killermandudeable it depends like on the states

in vancouver some shelters fine you, if they ever find out etc.

  • @DeathToYourEnemies LOLOLOLOLOL where the fuck do you live? Iraq?

  • @DeathToYourEnemies Do you know the diseases people can spread? You should never get near infants. Its called hygiene and vaccinations you dumba*s

  • even cats can't resist babies

  • The cat just wants food

  • very cute =D

  • @DeathToYourEnemies Human diseases are not exclusively caught from "ass licking animals". You seem very belligerent. Perhaps you have swelling of the brain?

  • @DeathToYourEnemies Other people carry diseases too. Does that mean that this child's parents should stop any contact with people?

  • Taco is a sweety pie.

  • lol i think that baby is spacing out on crack

  • Okay, I'll ask. How did Taco get his/her name? Lemme guess. You brought home some tacos one day, the kitty's going meow, you gave the kitty a taste, and ever since, the entry fee into the house is the Macho Grande Taco plate.

  • @cabbievonbump When Taco was a tiny newborn kitten, she looked like a little soft taco when she curled up :) That's how she got her name.

  • @dbocaz LOL! :-D

  • @DeathToYourEnemies lmao that's true

  • @DeathToYourEnemies Do you know how many diseases HUMANS carry?

  • ADORABLE, I love cats!!

    Lori :-)

  • @DeathToYourEnemies - dude, if you don't expose children to bacteria, then how can they build up a defense against the germs?

  • @MrDenizen I agree and when I have kids I will rub them in mud and dirt! Unfortunately when I say this to women I date, for some reason they don't seem to agree with me. I just don't understand!

  • @VentrueCapital Perhaps you should rephrase or restructure your proposition!

  • @VentrueCapital I agree with you. I told my husband that if they wanna eat dirt they can and he gave me a weird look.

  • @purplegrape777 Its not illegal in every state. My vet was the one who suggested I get my kitten declawed when he came in to get fixed. That was 6yrs ago before I read all the negative things about declawing. I won't get any future cats declawed but my baby Laz has never had any problems from the declawing, I think because he got it done when he was a kitten. I know a friend got their adult cat declawed and it has never walked the same since.

  • @purplegrape777 We decided it was bad for our cats so we don't do it anymore. When our cats got old, we could tell there were complications from it. All our cats we've had after Taco still have their claws. Taco is probably the only cat that didn't seem to suffer from it but she's never been very active.

  • @purplegrape777 Illegal to declaw, but NOT ILLEGAL to cut/trim/etc there claws.

    GOOD DAY SIR.

  • @tyber32 im a girl not a sir. i never said you couldn't cut trim etc.

good day to you too .

  • @purplegrape777 It sounded an awful lot like you were advertising a product and making it seem like no other option was available.

    GOOD DAY SIR.

  • @tyber32 nah , i was just suggesting a solution ^^ good day to you .

  • @purplegrape777 very well.

    Good day SIR.

  • @purplegrape777 IF THE DAMN CAT STILL CLAWS THE FURNITURE, HERES AN EASY FIX. ALL YOU HAVE TOO DO IS SHOOT THE FUCKING BEAST! END OF PROBLEM!!!

  • @wonderall100 why are you so violent?

jeez. did you shoot your cat?. you can always give it up and give it to a shelter.. ._>

  • @purplegrape777 SORRY! MY SON WAS ATTACKED BY OUR FAMILY CAT . HE WAS JUST 18 MONTHS OLD.THE CAT WAS NEVER A PROBLEM UNTIL OUR TWINS WERE BORN.SHE BECAME VERY MEAN AND JEALOUS.AT FIRST THINGS WERE FINE.BUT SHE GOT VERY NASTY. WE GAVE HER TO A SHELTER. SHE WAS ADOPTED BY AN OLD GENTLEMAN WHO LIVED ALONE. SHES DOING GREAT. IT IS JUST SCARY TOO ME WHEN I SEE PETS SO CLOSE TO SMALL CHILDREN.MY SON IS NOW STILL LEARY OF CATS. THANKS!

  • @wonderall100 Wtf?? No caps plz

  • @wonderall100well obviously, you pay more attention to your twins.

cats, crave your attention, and maybe she was a bit jealous?

but thats good to hear you didnt put your cat down. (:

  • @purplegrape777 >.> or to a family who cares better for animals

  • @wonderall100 Or maybe stop overreacting and give the cat to someone who cares?

  • @purplegrape777 It's not illegal where I live. I have always been against declawing cats, but recently my parents made the decision to declaw their cat. As the cat got older he became increasingly stressed and violent when anyone tried to trim his claws or the hair on the bottoms of his feet. He has been declawed for several months now and is much happier, even allowing us to stroke his feet for several minutes at a time, something he never would have allowed before. It was the best choice.

  • @purplegrape777 It's not illegal to declaw your cat. It's kinda mean but it's not illegal.

  • @Jessieboo1991 Maybe purplegrape777 lives outside the United States. In 99.9% of cities in the United states, declawing is legal, but in Australia, Austria, the UK, Brazil, Germany, and a ton of other European countries, it is illegal. Check out the Wikipedia article on Onychectomy for more detailed information on its legality.

  • @MNJetter purplegrape777 is from Canada and as far as I know it's NOT illegal there. Why don't you look on someone's page before you go butting into someone else's business.

  • @Jessieboo1991 Way to be mature. I was offering information, which (even if it ends up being irrelevant) is usually considered a good thing. I will fully admit that you are right about the legal status of declawing in Canada, and I thank you for bringing it to my attention, because it's something I didn't know before.

By the way, Youtube vids and all the comments contained thereon are EVERYONE'S business by definition. If you didn't want replies, you should have PMed the original poster.

  • @MNJetter The video may be everyone's business but my conversation with another person certainly isn't your business. Your information was unwanted and uncalled for. And your welcome for the info.

  • @Jessieboo1991 Why, because I tried to disagree with you? You never would have been peeved by my comment if I'd been like "Yeah lol purplegrape777 is so wrong"

You were not having a "conversation." You put your comment out in public for everybody to see and reply to it. If you REALLY wanted to keep it quiet, you could easily have sent purplegrape777 a private message. And "uncalled for?" Really? It's not like I insulted your mother or called you names.

  • @MNJetter I was starting a conversation with purplegrape777 if I had been talking to everyone I would have posted a general comment. And yes uncalled for because it was unnecessary and irrelevant. You wouldn't butt into a conversation in real life. Just because you can hear or read something doesn't give you the right to interfere with useless information. If you did that in real life the people you interfered with would look at you like you were retarded and rightly so.

  • @Jessieboo1991 Unnecessary, absolutely. That's what Youtube was built for. God help me if I ever feel obligated to post anything on the comment boards here.

Irrelevant, no. Incorrect (which I readily admit to) is not the same as irrelevant.

Posting anything directed at anybody in a public forum on the internet is a tacit invitation to any forum member to join in. Call it a "conversation" if you like, but that doesn't make it one.

  • @MNJetter I wasn't implying that anything you post should be necessary just that your comment was unnecessary. Like as pointless as youtube is that was just about THE most pointless thing anyone has ever done. Even had you agreed with me I would've been ticked. It's my pet peeve when someone butts in. It's just called minding your own business. Again I didn't address you at all. There are hundreds of other comments to read so why even bother with one little one that wasn't even addressed to you,

  • @Jessieboo1991 If you didn't intend to imply that my posts should be necessary, why bother pointing out that it was unnecessary? And really? My comment was more pointless than "babby wit the kitty in viddeo talk magick itty"? Your hyperbole doesn't exactly help your argument.

I know you didn't address me. I could see that by the "@purplegrape777" at the front of your post. I made the conscious decision to address YOU. Your post became mine and everyone else's business when you posted it.

  • @MNJetter Once again NO... IT... DID... NOT! Do you not understand English I don't know how much simpler I can put it. It did NOT become your business because I was addressing someone else. It became no one's business but my own and the person I was addressing. Everyone is more than welcome to read it BECAUSE it is public but they are NOT welcome to butt in! You wouldn't do that in real life why the hell would you be so rude just because you're online? Get over it.

  • @Jessieboo1991 simply because it IS online. Look at me, making your 6 months old comment my business!

Maybe you matured over these past months, maybe you didnt. The rule of thumb is: Get used to teh internetz or get out :)

  • @Ryuouken Dude how far back did you go to find my comment on this? lolz I quit after page 3 so...... I think you needs to "get out" and maybe get a life while your at it. lolz Don't even remember what I commented about this. Cute video though so IDK why your comment is an annoying one.

  • @Jessieboo1991 Then why did you even bother to reply? :) Looks like I'm not the one who needs a life... Lolz.

  • @Ryuouken LAWLZ I just enjoy arguing

  • @purplegrape777 It is NOT illegal to declaw a cat. Animal shelters and adoption areas declaw cats all the time as a way to keep them from scratching up people or other animals. They normally leave the back claws for defense if you should chose to let your cat be an out door one.

  • @purplegrape777 A water spray is usually a simple and effective deterent (sp?) too, since the can associates scratching with being sprayed with water, an unpleasant consequence.

  • @purplegrape777 There's another option, those Emery cat things u see on TV.

  • @purplegrape777 or simply, if you can't stand a cats natural behaviour and can't be bothered to learn something about cats before getting one... then don't get a cat. :)

  • that kid looks so smacked

  • never declaw a cat and throw it into the refuse dump, it needs the claw for catching mice. If you want to keep it at home, you should declaw it.

Survival of the fittest in NATURE or be tamed in a HOME.

  • @Veelveta I'm pretty sure I have the parasite, my dad lives in a small one bed felt, when i was younger, his cat had kittens, 7, when i stayed over at his place i would sleep on the couch, i'd wake up covered in kittens.

  • Babies are the absolute worst STD.

  • I wish I could be a baby again so cats could be larger and wiser than me

  • @DeathToYourEnemies I hope you someday die an extremely slow and extremely painful death.
