I used to drink beer more when I was a waitress at a bar in the south [usa] (I'm not from the south, but I lived there for a couple years at one point). While I was there I enjoyed many of the local breweries. One was called Yazoo (they had one called Dos Perros, that was great for getting smashed on the quick, lol). As for domestics, rcently I just make do with Kirin, Heiniken, Corona, and/or Miller Lite.

Heileman's Special Export

Due to the craziness of US brewing industry in the past 30 years it unfortunately is no longer being brewed.

In Milwaukee back in the 60's and 70's there were a lot of breweries and extraordinary number of beers. As I learned when I was in college, when you start drinking on Friday night and finish up on Sunday afternoon it takes a truly special brew to still taste good. Special Export is that beer. It's the beer to drink when you're having more than a case. aloha :)

Right now it's the Imperial Stout brewed at a local Restaurant. I typically stick to microbreweries though I do sometimes stray because I enjoy a good, cold Samuel Adams Winter Lager. I like my beers dark and full bodied.

One of my favorite Japanese snacks are those crunchy little Maki Nori bites. I really do like seaweed...other than that..Poky sticks!
