I ordered from them silk top an platinum unit which is basically supposably a full lace although wat I didnt like was the low density in the back when I specifally ordered light to medium density also at the top of the wig the net had a huge bulgey bump which my salon lady had to fix cuz she was sewn it dwn to my head anyways im never ordering from them again I think it was a rip off.. At least your unit looks 100% better than how mine came an I speant like $475 on,mine

@Extacee91 I ordered a synthetic unit from them, now 31 days ago. I checked my order status (still processing), I tried to call them (was sent to VM), and I sent them an email (waiting a response). I didn't think a synthetic unit would take so long for production. On the same day I ordered from them, I ordered a unit from Xantus lace wigs and chose the 15 day shipping option and still got the unit well over 2 weeks ago. I sure hope YouFlex step up their game with orders and Customer Service!

OMG!! You are so right!! I ordered one in Dec. 2011 and it came 35 days later(custom made)..the hair REALLY is nice but DAMN!! The price is very steep!! What scared me the most was the flat mailer package that it came in!! I was looking for a box at my front door!! I also got the free comb and brush set,which comes in handy.

Ladies and Gents, Please use paypal. This way you can get your money back. These companies send free wigs to people to show and the unit might or not be good. So when you see someone wearing a unit and you want it and you receive and its not the same as what is on the website or whatever the case you can get your money back or get a dispute at least. Please! i l have learned the hard way. Use paypal!

i honestly dont mind the price because if you think about it, for people like me with a big ass head and being the texan that i am, i like alot of hair. i buy virgin hair now. and the longest i go is 20". i buy 4 bundles or 16 ounces and i pay like $600+. the length is kinda short but its an already made wig. i pay that much for JUST the hair & then i make my 3/4 wigs. i also use a closure so thats an extra $200. i dont mind paying that much because i wear my hair for over a year ! it evens out.

I love the appearance of the texture of the hair, the cap construction is impressive, the color is quite lovely, however I do not like the style on you to be honest... You really took the wig and made it look incredible compared to the picture however! Checked out the site. That wig costs $329-$569 depending on your preferences. It looks like the high price is for the unique cap construction. It was also cool that you can add a widows peak to their wigs for more natural hairlines for people who have them. But the cost is too steep for the hair length.
