It isn't British. There is no such thing as a British accent. Britain as more accents than any other country in the World. Some cities have more accents in them than the whole of North America.

To answer your question though. It is supposed to be a South East England accent, London/Cockney but done very badly and does actually, occasionally sound Aussie.

i like GTA IV alot but saints row 2 seems that it will certainly outdo GTA IV in overall realism, but i dont think GTA IV sucked i loved it but im straight pumped FOR SAINTS ROW 2!!!!!

really? i think that GTA4 is more realistic, but there is nothing left to do after you complete the game, atleast in GTA SA u can gamble and stupid little things like that. Saints Row 2 is gunna be great, not as REALISTIC, but there is gunna be much much more exciting gameplay. GTA4 kinda boring, do just drive around killing people/cops all the time.
