Like everyone seems to be saying, you are a bit off key. I think you have a tendency to be flat because of how you sing - make sure you sing with good posture, and try singing phrases instead of words. Try to relax your shoulders and neck, especially around your chin and throat area. Practice warming up in front of the mirror and you'll improve in no time :] again, great voice, awesome song.
