I have to say, it's a realy realy nice video. It's different to the most other reviews you can find. You are one of these men how know what the important things on a gun, and what the little things wich are makeing the difference. Thumbs up for this video!

most 1911's have a pretty light safety, so it's wise to keep your thumb on top of it while you shoot.
if you want to you can sand down where the plunger hits the safety to make it a bit more heavy, but i think that's a little too much work. Besides, i like a pretty light safety :P
Yes. Orange tip was on it. I bought from Japan, not sure if that changes the nature of the orange tip but I found easy to remove. **Note: I replace it whenever shooting outdoors. I use a non-permanent adhesive to put it in for safety purposes and off when I'm not in public.

you should try the talgfolio witness 1911. It can fit real 1911 grips +its a really close replica !
