Before you play read this for missing treasures and check until the end of this vid (but they are not in order there).

After (0:16):

He goes down a ladder and mutters to himself. check behind the coffin at the bottom.

After (0:45):

You will climb a vine. Kill the 2 guys there & then check in the room they came from.

After this:

Once you have made it to the stained glass turn right, before you go outside.

Before (4:03):

In the room with all the crates. check the top of 2 crates stacked up.
