If you know, could you please tell me which copy of the Qur'an the Shaykh uses here (including interpreter and/or publisher)? I already have and Albanian and a German translation of the Qur'an and I would like to have an English translation of the Qur'an, too, because I am from Kosovo and live in Germany.
I don't know if you are still searching for the English translation. I can't tell you the exact copy he used, but from the translations he provides in this series of lectures, it seems to be Yusuf Ali's translation, which is generally the most common and respected translation.
What incredible knowledge, wisdom and sabr the Shaykh has even with 'hard' questions. Does anyone know who the audience are? They seem primarily non muslims.
@SharpenedMango They are non-Muslim school teachers. This was given at the annual 2 week retreat in New Mexico called the Dar al Islam Teachers' Institute. You can go to daralislam org for more info.

I found the comments about women's rights, under shariah law funny. I bet any husband would go red if their wife became muslim, after hearing it.
