it helps if you pick up ur bow when you have to cut off because it looks and sounds as if your falling off notes. when you do this your pitch becomes flat.

As to my bow hold, I've actually got a few comments about that. I just hold it how it works for me. I find it changes for different songs as well, like between softer songs and stronger songs. Lately I've been focussing more on using the 'proper' bow hold, because I want to work more on my technique, but at the time I filmed this video I just went with what was natural. Still works, and I'm still able to produce a nice sound :) Thanks for watching!

@Rawrsaysbiteme Thank you so much :) It's mostly the A and D string, but it does cross up to the E string too. It doesn't use the G string at all. You can probably find sheet music somewhere if you google it, although I'm not really sure I don't use music for pop covers haha :) Good luck!

@Rawrsaysbiteme It's mostly A and D for verses, but yeah, I guess mostly A and E for the chorus. I usually play the chorus in position though so I don't use the E string, when playing slow moving pieces it's really not good to be crossing strings all the time, it interrupts the flow a lot, especially because the E string has such a bright sound compared to the A :)
