custom 1x2x5 rubik's cube (final assembely and show-off)

I actually drew a design for this puzzle. after the design was finished, i looked up on youtube for a 1x2x5 and this is exactly how i pictured each piece

how to you make the farthes corner peices out of legos (the big extension is mainly what I want to know) ?

awesome build man, especially out of legos! i was going to make a 1x2x3 out of legos, but i messed up, i tried making it out of 6 edges, but i messed up, but since all the edges were filled, i glued them on as extended centres on my 3x3 and decided to make a rhombic dodecahedron.

and i fixed my 3x3x2, i messed up an edge, but i fixed it by gluing a mini 3x3 edge to it and sanded it down a bit. needs a little sanding and filling and we're good to go :D

in the future some time som am i going to make a v2 and cast it. i have the design but to get the materials needed to cast it i have to ship it half the way around the world, and that isnt cheap...

the whole puzzle costed me about $40 in materials. so about $12 for all 3 masters in material cost. but if you count all the hours in building time it is gonna become some more :P
