for mobile apps, you should learn BOTH C++ and objective C...

Apple is everything objective C and can be fairly easy to learn. C++ may be a little challenging but still. IF you want to make a good app, learn both of these languages...

P.S. C++, and the "C" family (idek if they are similar lol) can run in linux, especially C# because it is closely related to Java.
