Thank you for testing the machine. I owned one for a month 2 years ago and returned it. The espresso was diluted hot water,it reminded me of Folgers Coffee crystals with some frothed brown milk for crema. I was heartbroken and sick to my stomach for I had just spent 500 dollars and my espresso journey was at a dead end and I was still in the parking lot.Thankfully someone cared enough to tell me the truth and I got a Gaggia Classic and an MDF grinder.Danger Will Robinson....danger!!!! Ha - totally. Yeah, I think it probably has a home with someone (as is true of any machine) but we are not super in love with its extraction results. - Kat
Today I used the steam wand without the little tube and I like the results...With the extra tube I get a lot of foam its hard to control that, good to capuccinos but without it the milk gets better silky creamy texture for a Latte.
Yeah, we were pretty impressed by the steaming power...and after the shot testing, we've decided that this is a good machine for folks that will drink lattes/capps and maybe have syrups involved so that the lackluster shot won't mean so much as it would be diluted. - Kat
Found it...:)
Thank you...
I think I might stick to the via Venezia..
Or
What do you think...?

@roman21000 I think you need to stick with the Via Venezia -- better temp regulation in my opinion :) - Kat

@argheighteen This is for adding hot water to complete a long black coffee.
