As far as I know the Germans prosecuted as many Nazi war criminals as they could and therefore reconciliation, and some semblance of justice, was achieved. Bu in Sri Lankan and India, and I think even places like Burma, genocides go unpunished and therefor more people turn to terrorism to achieve retribution, reconciliation becomes difficult and the victims are deprived of justice. But at least the Indian press cover this
