I heard somewhere that this song was about his sis. She was like in a coma and he wrote a lot of songs about it in their newest CD.Most top 40 electro crap is nowhere as good as raw emotion.

I think that its talking about how a girl trusted her boyfriend enough to let him touch her; when he was done, he left her. The girl probably feels extreme guilt and hurt. And Chris (the lead singer) is telling her its alright and she must be strong. I dont think its about love its more about hurting. youll hear what I mean if you pay really close attention to the lyrics. :)

I think it's about a girl who always gets taken advantage of by guys, and she just needs to find her true self. In the video, the "belle" is chasing a little girl that I think symbolizes the innocence she needs to regain.

The reason Dashboard as a band has stayed realitive through a rough GLOBAL economy is because of Chris's unique ability to express through song a life experience. His songs are more than music, they are a state of mind of past memories (good and bad) and a pleseant reminder that we are not alone in lifes tough situations.
