have you considered just making a whole new off road style bumper out of steel or tube steel?

Ive got ideas for one if your interested.

that looks nice though. i wonder how many pounds that hitch is good for though, that will determine how much the "bumper" with shackles is good for, know what i mean? lol

@whatchagondo45 well, i have thought about it, it would cost a lot for steel,and my front and rear bumper are in perfect condition

@vmxrm85 understand completely man. my project Jeep has plastic bumper covers, and theyre faded and in poor condition so i was thinking about it. that looks very good though. Keep up the work to the truck! :)

i would weld some gussets to each side of the 2x2 the stress will break the welds if you pull on the rings
