"ever sick" is a term alot of natives use on the reserve and it sounds so much the way he says it .and he is trying to make fun of the way they say it and it sounds funny ,because alot of us have used it before ,its used by those who dont speak english good and say "ever sick ",its a another way of saying "ever ill" or "ever".
