Very, very (!!) Shalom (!) Que o mundo aprenda com o Mestre dos Mestres, Jesus, o que ele tanto desejou. A mudança é de dentro para fora (!) O mundo precisa acordar (!) Todos somos um (!)
wow, i have been looking for this song for a long time, only remembered the part 'sim shalom', didnt know the name. My cousin was married to one of the singers, the rapper.

an even better translation of the 2nd verse of the original prayer:
Bless us, Parent, all of us as one, in the light of Your face. Because: in the light of Your face, Adonai, our God, you give us living torah and loving kindness, justice, blessing, compassion, livingness and peace.
ok. mein english, oder mein hebräish, ist zu schlecht,um zu antworten.also, ich bin eine deutsche, und ich bin fazeniert, das was du da machst, zeigt mir,du gehörst zu dem auserwähltem volk, 100%
a translation of Sim Shalom from "Mishkan T'fillah" reform siddur
"Grant Peace, goodness and blessing, grace, kindness and mercy, to us and to all Your people Israel.
"Truly through the light of Your Presence, Adonai our God, You gave us a Torah of life -- the love of kindness, justice and blessing, mercy, life, and peace.
"May you see fit to bless Your people Israel at all times, at every hour, with Your peace.
"Praised are You, Adonai, who blesses Your people Israel with peace."
Happy Sukkot. I have really enjoyed this video. I love the prayer Sim Shalom, and this version has a sweet lively sound that goes well with the thoughtful peace seeking lyrics. & I like the creative additions to the traditional words....
@zionsimas hehe But It shoud be! Israel should enter in a peace truce to share the land... but we know that this will take many lives of innocent people before happens if it does! Perhaps John Lennon was right when he wrote IMAGINE! Imagine there's no country, no religion... Imagine all the people sharing all the world!
In the middle, the singer lists countries from around the world to send wishes for peace. I've listened to this ten times trying to hear if Palestine is included, but I can't catch it. It would be appropriate, because the second verse of Sim Shalom says "all of us as one" -- and that includes everyone.

Muito bom!!! Parabéns, a música transmite a vibração da paz, então..."Que se crie a paz!!!". Shalom... Sim Shalom!!! Luz, Vida e Amor!!! Assim seja!!!
Ignorant dork..dude why the hell did u even watch this without any prior knowledge of any kind..go to school..please! Oh n spear humanity your stupidity!
It was not a human will nor a man plan, it was Hashem who gave that land for Israel to dwell. No matter what you say, no matter what the world say, at the end everything will be reveal and shown to everyone's eyes. I'm not jew but world is not ours, at the end we won't carry any material thing from here, not even a piece of dust.
Maybe because the world rejected the Jews pre and post Holocaust?! Maybe it was determined by Hashem that after 1900 years of exile the Jews were to live in the land that Hashem promised them from the very beginning belonged to them! From a secular standpoint, nations develop: DEAL WITH IT! Don't kill Jews because of your own ignorant hatred!
I think it's very different. But the famous style "mizrahi" in Israel came from the arabs. But the last 2000 years of the jews were played in european cultured countries. We learned much from each other. Nowdays the israeli and the galut (jewish communities not in Israel) are completly different. Just as the music. But most of the israeli music has an european basic.

It is sung every week in the Jewish sabbath service.

And of course, you cannot resemble jewish and arab music. Some have the very same style, some are very different.
And arab music (and culture) has the same beauty!!!Please, dont say things like that before you think about this again.
