  • i see the comments above , but have to ask what is your lineage and who is your sifu/teacher.

i have seen yang family medium and small form by various people, this is something i have only seen done by steve higgins i think his name is.

thx alot more details please. Namaste

  • My lineage is from the late grandmaster Chang Tung Sheng... I was thinking of using this form in my tai chi class because it was short yet interesting to spark interest amongst the participants...

  • @CottonBoxer its from the funei pai taijiquan that was taught in the imperial court. It had around 10 sets of taijiquan that Yang lu chan taught. its a legit branch of yang and a old one at that. look it up. its even mention in the yang family manuals sets 1-10. today the yangs only teach the three frames of Taijiquan aka the long form and some times the Taiji chang quan aka the xiao and da sanshou.

  • @CottonBoxer

The proper way of Wisdom Fist (Zhi-Chui) by Master Lizheng of Zhuhai, China.

  • @CottonBoxer: Search for Master Lizheng for his Wisdom Fist video. This is the proper form with continuity and postures. Happy viewing.
