Cellar spiders (Pholcidae sp.) are in the "grandaddy long-leg" family and live everywhere, not just in cellars. There are several species. The spider in this vid could also be a lampshade spider (Hypochilidae sp.) All of these species are pretty small and non-lethal to humans. They do great things for ecosystems so give them a warm welcome when you see them.

Um, you know any given household has hundreds of spiders in it? If you obsessively kill them all, they just live upstairs, in the walls, floors and behind furniture.

I think it's because they look really ugly and the way they wriggle too. Sends shivers up my spine lol. The only thing I adore are moths. Funnily enough, I like weevils too. But, I love moths to bits! I put one on my nose once and it tickled :P. They remind me of a bird the way their legs are covered in fur.
