the mp4 didn't show up so I went to my computer under tools and made those settings and I know I did it right I click ok but it still dosen't show up mp4 to let me change that to mpr. what do I do?

i figured it out i just made the dam thing too big so i made one 25 seconds and it worked thankx

i did everything right and got the ringtone under the ringtome tab but its not on my phone and when i try to sync it says its goinh 2 erase all my other music on my phone
