Great song superb rendition unfortunately spoilt by poor dance choreography. Imagine Vyjayanthimala or Padmini dancing for this song. I recvently heard a child calle Alka singing this song as good as the original!

A beautiful song, but i wished the dancer was either Shobana or Rukmini. She hardly did any Dance. Nevertheless, AR Rahman's rendition of the Maand Raga is seriously an exhibition of his genius.
