plant essence? well hunn I know it isn't a professional mainstreem suggestion to use cannabis for meditation, medical, or grounding purposes but I must say, being a medical patient in California allows me to use that remarcable plant to heal and to relax and stabalize my being...one day perhaps everyone will see that as I do...just basing this on my experience and know how of spiritual plants and enthiogens-
