  • Nice video bro, I appreciate people like you who help others in any way, I have one question for you , can i achieved some results in 5 months just for chest, I trained before and had a solid chest but I stopped working out ,my other muscles are good because I trained bboying (breakdance). Sorry for my english im frome Serbia :D

    but the thing is i hate been that ripped and lean because when i use i t shirt on

    i dont look big i look normal like everybody else.. i like to look big with a normal t shirt..keep up how much you weight?

  • Hmm.. Is there any other chest workouts that you do? Are these kind of pushups what toned your chest like that?

  • @TheForeverDarkest Of course there are other chest workouts i do. Check out my dumbbell bench press video thats another good chest exercise. Yes these pushups will get your chest toned and ripped however if you want your chest to be big and toned liked mine then you will have to use these pushups in conjunction with other chest exercises.

  • @TheForeverDarkest Please do and when you have tried them let know what you think and how they went. If you work out consistently you will start to see a noticeable difference in about 4 weeks. Thats when the comments and the compliments start to be made ;)

All the other ones I saw and tried just didn't help and target the chest as much as yours does. Yes, you just need to give it time and I'm sure many people will love it as much as I do.
