this is pretty much the bonus disc in Hail to the Thief collector's Edition

Paperbag Writter is one of their best b-sides and is better (in my opinion) than many songs on hail to the thief.. The arrangement is superberb and brilliant the mix between the strings samples and the percussion and the sexy bass riff it's so close to perfection..

It's not exactly rare. Last time I went to Best Buy, they had two copies of it on the shelf.

They also had a copy of Thom Yorke's Splitting Feathers (a Japan EP that came out shortly after The Eraser)
