I was looking for a hip napkin fold for a wedding I am catering, and what a great surprise to come across this gentleman reminding me of a golden era in NOLA and the Fairmont Hotel. Mr. Rivera and then Oliver in the Blue Room. Bernard Wolfschlager and Klaus Kelterborn "upstairs". Joe Lena in his limo waiting for a guest and too many drinks at Lenny's with Vicky Pagan and Richie Smith.

I met this gentleman at Wolfe's restaurant in New Orleans this past week...what a WONDERFUL man...he regaled us with history of NOLA, discussed napkin techniques, how things were with Katrina and post Katrina...He made our meal SOOOOOO delightful...C'mon folks...get back over to New Orleans and help build the city again!
