I dont have one, but i can ALMOST assure you that all the video editing software that comes with videocameras, is very simple and not very powerful. You can only trim videos or acomodate them

Its easy to get on there but getting good hd quality is hard. Watch my vids. They play fine until you watch them in 720p then its like a frame by frame video. Very glitchy.

Hey, I'm thinking of buying this camera, but the only thing I'm worried about it how the editing software works. Is there a way to trim the clips? Like let's say I'm shooting a scene and there's two actors but I don't have a camera man. Can I cut it on, get into place and then when I'm editing it, cut that little bit of me walking into the scene off? And can I edit clips together and such? Thanks for the help, this really does help me. :)

@molinalbert Use FlipShare software - then right-click your movie. Choose to EXPORT it to your computer.. THEN upload it. That will maintain the HD functions. Good luck.

Nice clear picture and they do a good job at night too but . . . . two things to remember: 1) Decide on a reasonable speed to pan and actually pan while filming at about a third of that speed 2) hold the shot for at least five seconds at points of interest - continuous movement drives the viewers nuts. Camera movement takes the viewers to the point of interest, but they want to examine the scene when it is still.

@SamuelS1289 i had a flip once but when i used it i go loads of different clips and i wanted to edit them so its like a movie(1 bit of film then the next with no stop or transition effect)but the movie editor on the flip cd only let me make it like a montage video and cut out bits so what other software should i use to make it how i wanted

This isn't raw. When you add the music, first off, that ruins the audio on the video making it not "raw". Second, when you merge the new audio and video together, that compresses the actual video itself so this isn't showing the true video nor audio quality of the Flip Ultra HD.
