Car vandalism and robbery near Morehouse, Clarck and Spelman

This is near Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta GA, USA. My car was broken the same way 2 times at the same spot. The robber took a pack of cigarettes the first time, and 67 cents of change the second time. I wish the MAIRE or the police would do something about this sometime....

Why would someone do this :)  If they get caught, they'll be charged for every robbery ... and that's like a while in prison.
