They're gone. It's mostly Filipinos now, who do a great job. I've talked with a lot of people about this subject, and most tend not to have a preference of European or Filipino. What they do agree on, however, is that Silversea's staff is very, very good.

WOW!!! Great idea, and ambiance. Dining as as a fine restaurant, but with a view you will never see on dry land!
