Buyers, keeep in mind that with a plazma if someting goes wrong the whole tv is ruined. But, if you get a LCD there will only appear to be a small black dot.

They said plasmas have better viewing angles the LCDs. thats kind of funny because I have 2 LCD panel TVs in my house, and they both have a viewing angle > 170 degrees. Also, they should have said FLAT PANNEL instead of flat screen. I have a 20inch flat screen tube.(as opposed to the rounded screen of most CRT TVs)dont confuse the two. ALSO keep in mind that plasma screens smaller than 30 inches pretty much dont exist, and that its very rare for a plasma smaller then 50inch to do 1080p.

@NEVAstopGAMER they sell lots of TVs under 30 inch in my local walmart the lowest i think they have is a 16 inch i think but i also have a 46 inch in my living room and it runs on 480p and its looks really clear compared to standard definition

@youngtrillabyte walmart doesn't sell any plasmas under a 37 inch. thats what i was referring to when i said plasma screens smaller then 30 inch's don't exist.... now walmart however sells tons of LCD's and now even some LED's in the 30 and lower range. the smallest one my store has is a 19 inch vizio LED.

LCD weighs less I have held one compared to a Plasma. I prefer a Plasma though. The only thing I hate about the Plasma is when I finish playing my games on Xbox 360 or PS3 it has a burned image, but after a while it's gone.
