HERE'S A TIP... Use a MIRROR while fitting to align the mouthguard to your front teeth, It works!

My first try, my lower fangs was on the way, I reboiled it and used a mirror, I found out I did not center the mouthpiece on the first try.

if you have braces ask you orthodontist for a braces mouth piece they gave me one for free
