How do you go about selecting the appropriate shade of lip liner for your skin tone? (I'm VERY light) Also, I have naturally full lips, but would love to capitalize on them and really learn how to accentuate them. Do you have a tutorial that shows how to highlight your lips (rather than eyes) with your makeup-look? My lips are my best feature, but I can't find a good tutorial on how to focus my look around them!
