In my opinion the directing was horrible. I think the movie could have have done with a better cast also, but I could deal with that. But the directing almost ruined the movie for me. Thats why I am so glad that sombody else is directing New Moon. Katherine Hardwick was quoted to have said she was not directing the New Moon because she needed more time that they were willing to give for her creative process, But I think thats what made the movie so far of from the books and almost unberable.
