With Rotom you need to go into the room with the tv, between 10pm and 4am I think they're the times, to do this easily just adjust your time on your ds to 11:58 or 59 then quickly enter the game and wait for the time to change to midnight. This is how who can easily get things like daily ribbons and berries quickly.

Then go and check the Rotom room and it should be there. If not I don't know what's sorry.
