You can't just remove an amendment, you have to pass another amendment that will supersede a previous amendment. Hell, the preamble of the Bill of Rights tells you how to amend the Constitution. The Bill of Rights is part of the Constitution, therefore is subject to change if congress and the States see fit. Nowhere in the document does it say that I-X are exempt from change via another amendment.

Very nicely done. I applaud your video. Although you are incorrect in stating it is a constitutional right to be able to build a mosque/community center, it is subject to zoning laws and committee approvals, any of which can deny the building. Most just get approved because there is no objection, this obviously faces huge objections. I own an extra lot and tried to open up a business, because there were 3 such businesses in the area i was shut down and not allowed to build there. Daycare.
