  • It's all also our right to burn your Koran. It's pretty stupid that you defend their rights. People are not questioning that. It's in poor taste and making Muslims look even worse. You are a total idiot.

  • Guys dont be blind sheep. He is 100 percent right on this one. You can disagree with islamic teaching but you CANNOT say he is lying.

  • There is also nothing unconstitutional about taking a shit on your neighbour's doorstep every day, But people don't do it because common sense dictates that will be a useless provocation. Same thing. Get it? The problem is that people often exhibit a lack of common sense which is when a prohibition is issued in order to prevent escalation of the problem. So this is a lesser of two evils type of ban. Simple as that. Good thing you are against it even if it was possible.

  • @Razomir actually, it's illegal to take a sh!t on your neighbours doorstep, your infringing on his property and committing an indecent public act.

  • @SamiZaatari Maybe it was a bad example, but think of it more abstractly. I meant it as an act of provocation that was within the bounds of the constitutional rights. Substitute whatever example you may like. For example if a family lost a child in a car accident there is nothing unconstitutional about buying the same type/color car as was involved in the accident and driving around their house several hours a day. Same thing.

  • fuck islam....fuck muslims, they are backward degenerates, who need to be culled

  • I'd like to hear your opinion on beating women, and on Mohamed's pedophile experiences.

  • @camilocuesta From my research, she was at least 19 when she married the prophet. All other sayings are Daif(Weak). But this and many other thing could be debated. In my opinion, it seems unlikely that that Muhammed would do such a thing when you study his life. I recommend you go to answering Islam .com, as i'm just speaking from what I have read. You can also ask them about beating women.

  • The actions of the fundamentalist muslim men, almost all of whom were from Saudi Arabia, who flew the planes into the world trade center killing other muslims was a terrible tragedy, but their actions don't represent the actions of all muslims. One must look at the men committing the actions. When it comes to the mosque, don't judge the religion but instead look at the men wanting to finance this mosque and judge their intentions. Then you can ban based on that, not blindly banning the religion

  • I disagree with you on a number of religious issues, but on this topic we may have some agreement. This isn't a constitutional issue. If anything it's a zoning issue. In much the same way that a nuclear power plant can't build in my neighborhood due to zoning laws, the mosque is ALLOWED to build where it is because the zoning laws allow it. Simple as that. People can change the zoning laws if they so desire. My opinion - let it be built, then let people react to it. Fire is a strong reaction.

  • Nononono if they build a fucking mosque i guarantee someone will destroy it

  • fuck islam..u mother fucker talking about constitutional rights when in muslims countries they run over the rights of non muslims..u go fuck ur sister....

  • Sorry for being patriotic and Glad to be an American. This is the equivalent of building a pro-nazism center next to the Holocaust museum. OR building a Japanese awareness center next to the Pearl Harbor memorial. Do what's Morally right, because that's how us Americans run this bitch. Look what happened to Paterno they morally fired him, he did his job of telling his superior about the Penn State Scandal, now we need to elminate this Park 51 project cause it is the right thing to do.

  • Whaaattaa Shmuck....way ta shhooott your own foot. ssshhhmmmuck.

  • fuck islam

  • fuck islam

  • In a way I'm in favor, and in another way I wouldn't build one near the site as you wrote. I'm in favor just for the very fact there is a new mosque in this country :) and I'm against it because it's open for attack, I mean how do you know some crazy idiot who eats all the media feeds him with will not attack the people there. Another Baruch Goldstein-like event, but now in US XD

  • If your allowed to build a mosque, created by the religion which killed thousands of innocents in 9/11 at the place where you killed them, why are we not allowed to draw a cartoon? You Muslims think your superior to everyone, can't wait till someone puts you back in your place.

  • @ScouserLegend they think they are superior to everyone else because their vile book says so.

    god bless

  • Let's build a church near Kaaba ! how about that?!

  • It's amazing how you mussies hide behind the constitution....and yet would gladly tear it up if ISlame took over The States??

and you call Pat a hypocrite?

get down off your high horse mate...

  • that might be the dirtiest mustache Ive ever seen

  • Holy sht u moron its disrespectful When we are at war with muslims and the muslims attacked the twin towers it is disrespectful. We arent trying to ban it or say anthing about muslims we are just saying that its disrespecful.

  • Its hard to take you seriously because you look like Ron Jeremy

  • Liberty and political correctness will be the death of America.

  • I'll allow the mosque, when Non-Muslims have the right to demolish it if need be in the future and build a church or synagogue in it's place...WITHOUT uproar or threat of retaliation from Muslims. Deal?

  • Building the mosque is MORALLY WRONG, and, since izlam has no morality, - it WILL be built...

  • Why you trying to sound so clever, you know nothing about constitution, they may have the right to build it but if government says no then it just won't happen. I just can't believe that anyone would consider building a mosque after 9/11. You make no sense, people should not abuse their rights and look at the moral side of things.

  • @87cchapman Ok first of all its not even on ground zero. Its a full 2 blocks away. And its not even a mosque its a fucking community center.

  • this issue has ZERO to do with rights. No right wingers are against the RIGHT to build it. They're against building it.

  • This guy is a fool. People know we can't force Muslims not to build the Ground Zero Mosque. However, people are just asking Muslims to have some compassion and not build it.

  • This guy is a fool. People know we can't force Muslims not to build the Ground Zero Mosque. However, people are just asking Muslims to have some compassion and not build it.

  • LOL its hilarios how you talk of freedom of choice, and yet because the american constitution allows the right to build the mosque, then everyone does not have the right to vote against it. errr. I think your triping on your own words.

  • @petem2010 actually the constitution and bill of rights are not open to votes thank you very much, so i didn't trip at all, it seems people don't even know anything about those founding principles.

  • @SamiZaatari ... you mis-interperet what Im saying. You go on about how people should fight for the freedom of speech and choice etc, yet you effectively say, because its in the constitution we (or rather you americans) have no choice, and cannot argue against it. This actually goes against the whole point to freedom of speech and choice. So which side do you stand on?

  • @SamiZaatari actually the constitution and bill of rights are open to votes. it's called amending the constitution.

  • @oC00nz Good God you seriously need to go back to school, the Bill of Rights are not open to votes for change, the Bill of Rights are set in stone and was done on purpose, so that nobody could change those fundamental rights. Yes, the rest of the constitution can be amended, but the BOR are unique, so before you want to try and educate me, go educate yourself.

  • @SamiZaatari no dumbass, the bill of rights is not set in stone, and can be superseded by tacking on another amendment(s). why do you think we passed the 21st amendment? please find the clause where it says amendments I-X are unique.

  • @oC00nz the 21st amendment repealed the 18th, the 18th is not part of the Bill of Rights DUMBASS. The Bill of Rights are the first 10 amendments of the constitution not subject to change.

  • @SamiZaatari yes, the 21st amendment repealed the 18th, great job, that's how it works. You can't just remove an amendment, you have to pass another amendment that will supersede a previous amendment. Hell, the preamble of the Bill of Rights tells you how to amend the Constitution. The Bill of Rights is part of the Constitution, therefore is subject to change if congress and the States see fit. Nowhere in the document does it say that I-X are exempt from change via another amendment.

  • I think you miss the point here. When the constitution was created, I dont think they was expecting a terrorist attack then have the ludacrus proposal to build a representation of that enemy, right on the spot that killed thousands of decent, innocent people. Shove your political correctness up your ass.

  • @petem2010 shove your stupid opinion up your ass, the constitution is the constitution, end of story.

  • @petem2010 it doesnt represent that enemy. you only think that it does.

  • we shall see when eventually the world is over run by 'mediocre' muslims. They will soon backtrack from saying they wish to live in peace even with those who do not believe in allah (their imaginary friend), and instead opt for forcing people to live under their law. It's about time we recognised religion for what it really is, an outdatted, idiotic, twisted and manipulative cult of shit.

  • am a muslim, and i dont support this mosque.... why r people trying to light up a holy war????

  • I love freedom so I say build the fucking mosque

  • Sami created 662 accounts :D, am I right?

  • @SeanOScare lol, yes, how did you know?

  • @DawahFilms A TINY number of Muslims died in 9/11, They do NOT deserve a mosque.

How about that church in Mecca then?

  • @TheLoyalOfficer there are no Christians living in Mecca, so build a Church for who? Mecca is a place where Muslims go to conduct their religious pilgrimage, it's not a tourist site.

  • @SamiZaatari No, it's because we are NOT ALLOWED to build one. No churches, no missionaries, nothing.

So much for the "tolerance" of the "religion of peace"...

  • @TheLoyalOfficer saudia arabia is not a free country. i thought everyone knew that already.....

womens dont even have the right to drive a car there.

  • @murder231, tell me about! Bigoted, racist and out of place! And I didn't write it!

  • @t1t296 yh right man that is f up , ur just racist

  • The Muslims could build a Mosque anywhere else in the city. But the fucking Muslims have to rub 9/11 in our faces. The man responsible for the Mosque has been arrested for being an Islam extremist.

-Screw you! :) Have a nice day!

  • @LikeToLaugh001

Its a good thing the constitution was created to keep people like you down. Have a nice day!

  • Is there some online copy of Coran?

I'm asking cause i dont want to give money on that PoS TOILET PAPER just to burn it and piss on aLLAH!

  • Thank you sami. Well said. May Allah bliss you. And that patcondell monkey is just another monkey.

  • Check out the Aimed At America 3 video on youtube. It targets New York.

  • Excellent break down of this stupid issue.

  • I ask you one question. Do you value the constitution or the Sharia? Would you be willing to publicly denounce Sharia? Only then would I believe your arguments. Till then-- Taqqiya alert!!!

  • Where are they going to put the minarets ?

Minarets are disgusting phallic symbols. Just look at the mess the barbarians of the East made of Hagia Sophia with all the symbolic "dicks".

  • Ok. This is my opinion. I am not against any religion, but I think that this mosque should be built elsewhere. I mean, this mosque is like a flag of victory right next to the site where america was attacked. You should know already that this will surely offend most Americans, because it is disrespectful. Ground zero is a site to be remembered. This is an insult to the victims of 9/11. But I agree with your personal opinion.

  • hey dumbass its like putting a statue of hitler in Auschwitz its not legally wrong but morally so thts the controversey

  • I love how Muslims are trying to use the Constitution to bring in Sharia, which is completely inimical to everything in the Constitution and all our ideals. Which is why Islam will never succeed in destroying our freedoms and enslaving our women. keep dreaming, there will never be another Caliph nor will Sharia ever rule in the States.

And guess what: foreigners need to ASSIMILATE. that means parts of their culture which ours are against (i.e. bigamy) are not allowed here.

  • @defchoad you got tht right!

  • Fuck you you fuckin towel head sand nigger. People like you shud return to your own fuckin country. If you want your fuckin mosque so bad, go back to the fuckin middle east. Fuck off you dumb sand nigger. you have no right to critisize the american constitution when your a fuckin muslim..Fuck you you piece of shit

  • against freedom? against AMERICA? ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME they don't want to build a mosque near ground zero exaclty because they LOVE this country!

  • dude wake up! a religion (Islam) going against the US of A with 757's flying into buildings is a direct attack on your constitution. Therefore Islam will indeed be told , where it can build your mosque. stop babling about constitutional rights, you should be arrested a.s.a.p

  • The real question is not a matter of your right to build it, but rather should you build it.

This is nothing new, ask Isreal.

  • oi muslim I got a better idea, Get the fuck out insted and build your buildings of terror elsewhere

  • I am gonna kill you

  • STFU i understand why people of america don't want this to happen! they should build it somewhere else!!! of all the places in america, seriously???

  • You're a wanker mate. As you probably know, the constitution was framed in the context of Christianity, which seperates politics from religion. Islam has always confused the two, except during a short period of Turkish history. The constitution wasn't intended to give a foothold to a barbarous and fascist doctrine that has imperial designs on every other culture it comes into contact with. If Islam was a personal faith, Americans and Britains would support you mate.

  • Wow, the guy is speaking about the constitution. Sounds so "smart".

Nobody told you that building the mosque is against the constitution. It is simply against the common sense.

Why don't you build a synagogue instead the mosque?

  • What's stopping the constitution from being amended? LOL!

  • two blocks!!!!!!!!!!! thats like 2 mintudes away you want to bomb us again!!!

  • Maybe we should convert some 747's to make em remote control filled with kerosine. Drop a few on that sawdust-joint you dumbasses call the stone from heaven(piece of meteorite) during high season and hey presto.

    See how you like it.

"What happens in Mecca, stays in Mecca(blinks)"

  • Very nicely done. I applaud your video. Although you are incorrect in stating it is a constitutional right to be able to build a mosque/community center, it is subject to zoning laws and committee approvals, any of which can deny the building. Most just get approved because there is no objection, this obviously faces huge objections. I own an extra lot and tried to open up a business, because there were 3 such businesses in the area i was shut down and not allowed to build there. Daycare.

  • Asalamwakum, can U try NOT to use the constitutional rights as a shield. It's abt sensitivity here. Yeah, I mean like in US, U have that right but I think U folks kinda abusing it.

If you folks feel for the perished, you should NOT chose that site in the 1st place. Unless being sensitive is not in the religion of Islam in the 1st place. How would you feel if I eat PORK in a Islamic graveyard? Think abt it.

  • @macrick if you ate pork at a graveyard i'd think you need help, who eats at a graveyard?!!!!

  • @SamiZaatari Dude, I didnt said actually did that, if you cannot think of a more polite reply. Dont bother to do it for the sake of replying. U're wasting both our time. Have fun in yr little own world.

If you wanna insult me, try harder, Ciao

  • @macrick

I'm a Muslim...you can eat pork in front of me ALL you like. You can even eat it in an Islamic graveyard...we don't see much of an issue with you eating pork.

Btw the ground zero mosque is TWO BLOCKS AWAY from the 9/11 site...go on google maps - and you'll see how FAR the mosque is away from the "ground zero" mosque. This so-called ground zero mosque isn't even on ground zero! Islamophobes have deliberately given it the name of ground zero mosque to decieve people

  • man you look like a gaot...(satans gaot starface)

  • @carameloxx MUAHAHAHAHAHAHA

  • @SamiZaatari can you say meeeeeheheheheh

  • @carameloxx, so if it's so divine why are you calling people goats? actually it's not good enough to have a heart, you need a brain as well to control your emotions

  • @xakervu BECAUSE HES AN INFENDEL...OH YEAH THAT REALLLLL EVIL WHAT I WAS SAYING....CAN YOU2 SAY MEEEEEEEEEEEHHHH MEMEMEMEHEHEHEHEHEHEH

  • @xakervu yeah i was coping you slick guys...can you say it..sami has said it 2..look at the old comments..why cant you 2...comonnnn..ur goat

  • @carameloxx, whatever, but the mosque will be built at ground zero, whether you pigs like it or not))))))))

  • @xakervu fuck you you fucking terrorist. go screw a camel u fucking diaper head.

  • @LikeToLaugh001, where did you come from? you filthy unwashed pig))

  • @xakervu it doesn't matter. u r obviosly retarted, a terrorist, and a fucking idiot. so go fuck urself faggot terrorist

  • @LikeToLaugh001, interesting to know your opinion, you piece of shit))

  • @xakervu if you do research n get ur facts right..is no longer going to be built..thx to the son of hamas

  • @carameloxx, we'll see

  • Sami Zaatari: I liked your response, and followed your logic. My two comments are these: 1. I think your argument is the same as that English bloke's, but you just said it in different ways with different ideologies behind each. So maybe you shouldn't hate on that dude so hard. 2. How can you be sure that Bin Laden and Muslim extremists orchestrated 9/11? I thought many people believed that it could have been a domestically lead operation.

  • @cheboludisimo 2) i'm just saying for the sake of argument, if it's true.

  • @SamiZaatari You remind me of a muslim version of Ross from the tv show "Friends."

  • Everyone knows there is nothing constitutionally or legally wrong with building the mosque but what about ETHICALLY .......... numbnuts............

  • Does the constitution allow for satirical commentary on religion, better yet deities? If someone were to draw satirical commentary about allah would you stand for their constitutional rights as Americans to do so?

  • Is this debate about the constitution or the morality and intentions of an act of violence?

  • okay.. lets see it that way... put a church near meccah and lets see what you have to say about your rights also.

  • The Constitution does not grant rights or protection to enemies of the state.

  • @The442nd yeah, enemies like you.

  • @SamiZaatari Oh just go on ahead and say it. "im a muslim and I want the mosque there"...

The 12the century is over and you cant spread your religion to literate nomads anymore by lying to them. The whole world can see what Islam is trying to do (as it has for centuries)...

  • your moustache is very distracting ! please fix it. grow it or shave it off.

  • @Msunbird02 You fucking idiot... This guy again... If that was true, how are other religions allowed to practice? That makes absolutely NO sense whatsoever... lol logicfail

  • @Msunbird02 "...as long as a law does not target a particular religious practice, it does not violate the Free Exercise Clause. In 1993, the Supreme Court revisited the Free Exercise Clause in Church of Lukumi Babalu Aye v. City of Hialeah. Hialeah had passed an ordinance banning ritual slaughter, a practice central to the Santería religion, while providing exceptions for some practices such as the kosher slaughter of Judaism..."

    wiki Free_Exercise_Clause_of_the_First_Amendment

  • @Msunbird02 Or, if you prefer the heavily right-leaning Conservapedia: The Establishment Clause of the First Amendment restricts Congress with regards to public practice of religion.

The text of the clause reads:

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion.”

As a result of this clause, enacted into the Constitution in 1791, Congress may not establish an official state religion, nor give political preference to one religion over another.

  • @migbee

    Islam isn't a religion.

  • @Msunbird02 Did I say Islam? I was refuting your baseless claim. I don't even understand how you came up with that nonsense.

  • @migbee

I gather you haven't noticed yet that this thread is about an Islamic "cultural centre". If you can't understand my comments, you shouldn't reply.

  • @Msunbird02 If Islam isn't a religion, then what religion do Muslims follow?

(I didn't ask before because I know that if i make too many points in one comment, it's really easy for you to ignore almost everything I've said.)

  • @migbee (Matter of fact, it was easy for you to ignore that I completely debunked your false notion that Christianity is the only legal religion in the USA)

  • @migbee

All muslims are members of a cult that they can't escape without fear of death.

(I only respond to points if I think they're worth it. Otherwise, I don't bother answering what I think is 'chaff'.)

  • @Msunbird02 So, you refuse to defend your stance that Christianity is the only legal religion in the USA. Ok, I guess you've accepted defeat on that front.

What do Muslims call that inescapable cult? Do they have a name for it, oh wise one?

  • @migbee

Nobody has to "defend" known facts. This doesn't equate with 'accepting defeat' about anything. It's about your responsibility to properly inform yourself. As far as I'm aware, muslims still call that cult 'Islam'.

  • @Msunbird02 Therefore, Islam is a religion. Christianity is also a cult by your definition, and by mine.

My responsibility to properly inform myself? More like you got pwnt and are choosing to ignore it... Go ahead and explain to me in what capacity Christianity is the "only legal religion" in the USA. I found several sources contradictory to your view.

  • @migbee

*shaking head* Your hasanat is wasted.

  • @Msunbird02 Way to answer my questions, brah

  • you seem to really like the constitution.

The only problem is that it goes against everything you believe in.

I support building a church in Mecca but hey that just does not fit in with

your constitution. Politcal correctness has created a pathway for a stone age ideology dressed up like a religion to infiltrate society.

The Muslim faith makes even Hitler look a little left wing.

It is like a Monty Python skit gone horribly wrong.

It just is not funny anymore.

    S.I.N.

    Stop Islam Now.

  • @skeena42 Mecca is not the United States of America. Why is that so hard for people to understand? There's a reason I live in America and not the middle East. Our freedom applies to ALL inhabitants of this great nation. How can you justify that no Muslims should have a place to worship in America? What do you think of Christianity?

  • @migbee You do know that there's alot of mosque's in manhatton right? The point is its very bad taste to build one there, and, if they truly were the religion of peace they'd know that. They would not build ot there due to all the bad feeling, but they just scream its not illegal and its there right! Makes you think what type of people they really are.

  • @theHatchett1 I think you should know there is already an actual mosque even closer to the Ground Zero site. This thing is going to house some of the overflow from there because there are so many muslims in NYC. They can't all fit into that mosque anymore.

WHY THE FUCK DO YOU CARE ANYWAY honestly you can start giving a shit when you move to new york, and even then i'll call you foolish

  • @migbee YOU SHOULD FUCKING CARE MORE THAN ME YOU CUNT!!! THATS THE WHOLE FUCKING POINT BOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @theHatchett1 Why? Why should this stupid shit have any bearing on any of our lives? It really makes no sense! Sooooo silly

  • @migbee And thats why you're a cunt mate! lol

  • @theHatchett1 Compelling argument. Well played.

  • @skeena42 thats funny you clearly dont know anything about islam and already are starting to share your dumb ideology with the rest of the viewers, you are probably infected with zionism in your heart and the only remedy for that is reading the quran, have a good day.

  • Jesus died for your sins and is the risen Lord. Repent and be baptised in the name of Jesus Christ. There is salvation in no other.

  • @Ryabtg Jesus was a hippie

  • Your really an ass.I know Paris and Marseille are in France dummy.

Don't forget the basis of your constitution comes from France. Before opening your big trap, you should revise your history and learn how to read comments.

  • @repmanlegion I don't have anything against France. I just thought that it was funny that you said something along the lines of "What's the last time you've been to Europe or France" as though France wasn't in Europe.

  • SOMETHING CANT BE EXPLAINED

proof that God exists and science is always wrong

  • BAGHDAD -- With arms outstretched, the congregation at National Evangelical Baptist Church belted out a praise hymn backed up by drums, electric guitar and keyboard. In the corner, slide images of Jesus filled a large screen. A simple white cross of wood adorned the stage, and worshipers sprinkled the pastor's Bible-based sermon with approving shouts of "Ameen!"
