I found mine either at Joanne's or Hobby Lobby, I can't remember which. They come in a pack with all different sizes though for your different hooks. They're so great to have!
Chose your video to learn how to add another skein to my project. You did fabulous. I've looked everywhere for the "pencil thing" on your hook. Where did you find yours? Thanks.
Thanks scredbird! I think I've done that before... Maybe lol. If you could explain I would love to give that a shot sometime, it sounds like an excellent tip. :)
Have you ever tried sandwiching the new thread of yarn into your project, instead of sewing it in with a needle? If you sew the new string into your project, it makes sure it is very secure and won't ever start to come out! Just a thought!! Good job!
@moneil808 - Sorry I took so long to respond, I promise to pay attention now! Leave the tails and then get a yarn/tapestry needle and sew them in. If they ever start to poke out you can trim them (just not too much!) or tuck them back in. Good luck! :)
You did a fine job describing this I am new at crocheting and have looked at numerous videos and this is very helpful. Thank you for your time and patience. I am working on a scarf and I have to say I am very pleased at the outcome.
Looks great to me! I'm new and looking to start my first project. Seeing videos on youtube helps me really get what printed instructions are trying to tell me. Thanks!
this was very helpfull! Thank you! another thing i am curious about is after i have worked in the new yarn do i just cut off the tails or somehow work them in or tye them off??

Wow, I haven't paid attention to whether people actually watched this!
Thanks everyone for the positive feedback, and I'm glad I've been able to help a few people.
If there's anything else I can help with leave me a request, I can whip up a video in a jiff and put it up. :)
