To be honest, I saw you doing something wrong.

When you said we had to add the picture to the model (3:49), you said Ambient 1, Defuse 0,5 and everything else 0. But, you kept the last one (balance) on 1. The next time you added a picture to the model (4:37) you DO put balance on 0.
