u look great but i noticed with big girls no matter the weight they lose (if they are very curvy) ur thighs, ass and boobs stay. so u pretty much lose the weight on your back, arms, neck , waist. i love big girls. but ur doing a great job.

i ate normally its just smaller portions and a curbed appetite i didnt change anything i dont think you need to change your food or meal plan just to diet

Yea, I'm glad you're back. Congrats on the weight loss! I have about the same amount to lose as you, but I decided to try the hCG diet which seems to be working really well. Unfortunately those diet pills gave me migraines. Can't wait for your next vlog!
