I was working at a movie theater when "They Live" came out, and all of us in the usher corps were repeating lines from it for two months. "Brother, life's a bitch, and she's back in heat." Still, having been a Hulk Hogan fan (I was young, and he was cast as a "hero"), I had a hard time seeing Roddy Piper as the good guy. But he was perfect for this movie. But hardly anybody saw it, because "Die Hard" was running at the same time and playing to a packed house every night.
