For those that don't know, the policy stated that banks will approve sub-prime loans.. risky loans what have you. Janet Reno, Bill Clinton Dodd, Frank all of them. The democrats went out and told people to take out these loans that they knew they'd never be able to pay back thus making millions of dollars just disappear. The banks were threatened... yeah that word it means "illegally persuaded" to approve of these loans that they knew would fall out. That's your democratic party at work.

So after the gross is already taxed your net will be way under 250k, by that your tax break comes from your "Net" income not your "Gross". Obama's campaign is utterly dependant upon unexperienced and uneducated voters in order to win. A tiny fraction of them know what the issues are or what his policies will mean to them. They hear "HOPE" and "CHANGE" and that's all it takes to grab their attention. If he truly wished to avoid the intense scrutiny of the media (which is their job by the way, I would hardly call that bullying) he should have continued to toss the ball with his son. He has every right to question Obama, however, he should have expected a little attention focused upon him. Obama and McCain are international figures. Even so, all of this could have been avoided had Sam the unlicensed plumber been honest about his occupation and income. That simply cannot be argued.

mccain's tax plan, from memory (i know there is more stuff about it on his web site) is to make the bush tax cuts permanent, eliminate the marriage penalty, reduce the death tax, double the dependent exemption, and cut the tax rates for businesses by 10%...and you can dispense with the snark about the "socialist" social security plan, as you know as well as I do that it is entrenched in our society and will never go away...it may go broke, but it won't go away.
